Scooter Announced for Download Festival 2026
Download Festival has just dropped an exciting announcement that’s sure to get a lot of commentary. The legendary Scooter, one of Germany’s most successful techno acts, will be taking to the Avalanche Stage in what promises to be an unforgettable performance during the festival from 10-14 June 2026 at the iconic Donington Park. This is a massive win for a lot of social media shouts for Scooter, although I’m really hoping it’s Weird Al for 2026 … please!
With over three decades of infectious tunes under their belt, the energetic band led by the charismatic H. P. Baxxter is finally set to take the Download stage for the very first time. Scooter is a cultural phenomenon, boasting over 30 million records sold and a staggering 2.5 billion streams. Including classics ‘Hyper Hyper,’ ‘The Logical Song,’ and the neoteric track like ‘For Those About to Rave’ are bound to bring a set bursting with energy.
Joining Scooter on this stellar lineup will be rock icons Limp Bizkit, Guns N’ Roses, and Linkin Park, along with Electric Callboy, Cypress Hill, and BABYMETAL. Dust off your glow sticks and grab your tickets now at www.downloadfestival.co.uk. See you in the pit!
